Dear Press Start Creator,
First of all, thank you so much for making something for me! I really love all of these fandoms I’m requesting, so I’m sure I’ll like anything you make for any of them!
My previous exchange letters can be found here, my AO3 account is here, and my tumblr is here.

Requests
Any prompts listed are just ideas and suggestions, and if you have your own super great idea for any of these fandoms and relationships you should totally go for it! I haven’t tried to separate out fic/art prompts, so feel free to interpret anything in either direction.
Dishonored
Daud/Billie Lurk
This is one of those relationships that was basically tailor-made for me. Mentor/student, leader and their close subordinate who can get away things others can’t, age gap, complicated issues of trust and loyalty and betrayal and forgiveness – these are a few of my favorite things. I love everything about these two and their messy, complex history with each other.
I would love pretty much anything for these two – something from their Whaler days pulling off jobs or fighting and training and blowing off steam together, AUs where they meet up again earlier than in canon and have to sort their shit out without that time pressure helping them along, spending their last little bit of time together on the Dreadful Wale, AU endings to Death of the Outsider and its aftermath, fun with Fugue Feast, anything.
Billie Lurk & Thomas
The relationship Billie has with the other Whalers is pretty interesting to me, since they generally seem to respect her while she stays kind of aloof from everyone but Daud. But Thomas was next in the chain of command, and they apparently either stayed in touch or reestablished contact after Dunwall, so I’m curious what kind of relationship they had.
Anything from their Whaler days would be fun. Did they come up the ranks together, or was one already more established when the other joined? Did they train together, commiserate over dealing with new recruits, complain about the boss? Or anything later on, like how and why they met up again after Billie’s betrayal and the last days of the Whalers. Maybe Thomas was a passenger on the Dreadful Wale once, or maybe they meet again after the events of Death of the Outsider.
Daud & Jessamine Kaldwin
So, this one is a little bit complicated, given that Daud’s hired killing of Jessamine is the inciting incident for the whole series, but I think there’s some interesting potential here, gen or shippy. Daud has a clear respect for Jessamine, and her death affects him in a way none of his other victims has. And Jessamine gets the rare opportunity to assess her murderer after her death, and she finds herself a little conflicted about what he deserves, despite her justified anger. And before all of that, they were both prominent, powerful figures running different parts of the same city – who’s to say they never had any dealings with each other in all those years before the murder?
I’d just be interested in any kind of possible interaction between these two. Maybe pre-canon Jessamine had reason to hire an assassin, or she tried to get rid of the Whaler presence in her city, or they crossed paths in some other way while doing their jobs. Or maybe an AU where Daud decides not to go through with the assassination for whatever reason and they develop some kind of relationship in the aftermath. Fun with Fugue Feast is also very welcome here, if you want to go the shippy route.
Daud's Mother & Billie Lurk
I don’t know, I just think it’d be neat if they met. Billie is one of my favorite characters in the series, and Daud’s mother is so interesting even though we only hear about her second or third hand through books and journals. They’re both capable, ruthless survivors who are no strangers to starting a new life from nothing, and of course they have that commonality in their different connections to Daud. I think they would definitely have some interesting things to talk about.
We don’t know anything about what happened to Daud’s mother after he was taken from her as a child, and we know very little about what Billie did between games. Could Billie have met her in Serkonos after she had to leave Dunwall? Or somewhere else in the Isles? Maybe Daud’s mother outlives her son, and they meet sometime after Death of the Outsider. Was it coincidence, or did one look for the other for some reason? Do they ever figure out who the other is and who they know, or do they pass out of each other’s lives unaware of that connection they share?
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Kass
He’s just so pretty. I love the design of the Rito in this game, and his macaw-like look is especially good. His role in the story is great, too. I always loved hearing his music from a distance and finding him, and I love how connected he is to the lore of the world.
I’d love to see something from his time with his teacher, or him spending time with his family, or maybe continuing to become friends with Link. Or something using Kass as a lens to explore Rito lore and history, since they don’t get as much in the game as some of the other species. Or just show me him ‘leaving his comfort zone’ to visit Gerudo Town.
Revali
I love this asshole bird. He’s such a jerk, but he’s so over the top about it, that it circles back around to be oddly endearing for me. He talks big, but he does put in the work to keep his skills sharp, and he obviously has some deep insecurities at the heart of it all.
It would be interesting to explore what in his past led to that insecurity covered up by ridiculous pomposity. Or to see more of how he related to his fellow Ritos. He’s the only Champion without any descendents or family or even close friends who appear in the game, so it makes me curious how connected or distant he felt to his people.
Revali & Zelda
Their added flashback from the Champion’s Ballad DLC kind of intrigued me. They both obviously grapple with issues of self worth and pushing themselves as hard as they can to meet their own high standards, though they deal with it and show it in very different ways. I also like how Revali’s diary shows how Zelda’s sincerity and selflessness genuinely moves him, and he clearly understands and sympathizes with her fears and failures despite his denials.
I would just enjoy seeing them have some quiet moment of understanding and bonding over all this. Or, hey, different Zeldas often wield the Light Arrows throughout the series (and this one does during the Age of Calamity timeline). Maybe they could do some archery together.
Link/Zelda
This is such a fascinating relationship, with both of them having so many complicated feelings of duty and failure and resentment and loyalty all mixed up in each other. The progression from that resentment and being stuck together out of obligation to caring so genuinely for each other is really great.
I love how that progression is shown through just glimpses in the game, but I would also love to see more of it. Those early, tentative moments of connection and understanding, or more small moments of stolen happiness before the world falls apart. Or explorations of where they go together after the end of the game.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Link & Tetra
I’ve always loved this version of Link and Zelda. The art style alone makes them stand out, and they’re so expressive, even silent protagonist Link, which makes their interactions really fun and sweet. And brash pirate captain Tetra who has no idea of her royal lineage is such a great take on Zelda.
I’d love to see more of their adventures sailing around the world together, or maybe something in the early days of establishing the new Hyrule, or even something way down the line when they’re older and more settled.
Valoo
I just think he’s really cool. I love his design, and I love the lore around him and the Rito tribe.
I’d love to see more of that lore and more of his interactions with the Rito and the history of their ceremonies. Or his relationship to the other spirits of the world or to the King of Red Lions.
Psychonauts
Sasha Nein/Milla Vodello
I love everything about these two. They’re psychic secret agent partners! They go on ridiculous missions together and fight crime - psychic crime! One of these missions involved being undercover in elaborate costumes at a fancy party! They have had at least one clichéd instance of falling down and landing on top of each other in a ~romantic~ pose! They reach for each other as their plane is going down! I eat this stuff up with a spoon.
While Psychonauts 2 was tragically not The Sasha and Milla Kissing Game, I really enjoyed that it gave us more of them in their element at the Motherlobe and also out on a real mission. I would love to see even more of them working together, in the field, at camp, or at the office. All the other characters are great too, so bringing in campers, interns, and coworkers would be very welcome – the fact that there is office gossip about their relationship is a delight to me. Exploring just how strong their psychic bond is (they’re always talking!) and how they came to be so close would also be great.
Spyro the Dragon
Elora/Spyro
I definitely shipped this as a kid before I knew what shipping was, and the improved animations and cutscenes in the Reignited Trilogy just made them even cuter. I love how well they seem to get along and how Spyro clearly enjoys Elora’s physical affection toward him even as he’s outwardly dismissive of the lovey-dovey stuff coming from Hunter and Bianca.
I was always disappointed that Elora only had a cameo in Year of the Dragon, so it would be fun to see her help out with more world saving adventures. Or just see them exploring other worlds together, or Spyro taking her to visit the Dragon Realms. And it would be fun to see an older Spyro in line with all the unique adult dragon redesigns and to see Elora’s reaction to meeting him again down the line, or just see an older version of her design too alongside him. Explorations of dragon and faun cultures and how they differ, and how other members of their species react to them would also be fun.
Well, that about sums it up, I think. Again, thank you so much for creating something for me! If you like prompts, I hope what I gave you is helpful. If you prefer to work without them, I look forward to seeing whatever you come up with. I’m sure whatever you make will be awesome!
